Check in is after 15:00 until 20:00 and Check-out is until 10:00.
Since we are located in the countryside, we do not have any public transport to our house. The only option is to get a rental car. We can assist you in getting one.

If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees will apply (calculated as a percentage of the total amount of your stay):

- Up to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Any payment made via Stripe will be fully refunded.
- 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- 6 to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount.
- 1 day before arrival (The day before check-in): 100% of the total amount.
- Day of arrival / No-Show: 100% of the total amount.

According to Japanese accommodation guidelines, if you do not arrive by 8:00 PM (or within 2 hours after your scheduled check-in time) without prior notice, your booking will automatically be treated as a No-Show.
